Workmanship

Solid materials mean stablity and resistance to the weather. This The Original Butterfly Bench ^® lasts decades without rusting. Many are sold to ocean-front homes and the salt spray does not affect the finish.

All surfaces are cleaned to the shiny bare metal then flame-sprayed with zinc (except rust COR-TEN® steel which is an authentic rust patina). Marine fabricators use flame-sprayed zinc to the iron metals for an coating that helps to prevent rusting.

An epoxy paint is applied to the The Original Butterfly Bench ^®. A manual dry brush technique might be used for a final faux finish. We are told that none of these products had to be refinished due to rusting.

Freight Services: Freight companies charge different rates depending on the level of delivery. Thus, I'll need to know what deivery service you need to get your actual freight rate.
Residential, Construction Site, or Commercial. Residential areas will have a scheduled delivery. Others do not. You'll receive tracking info when your order ships so you can estimate delivery time.
Lift-Gate, Curbside Delivery. This is where a truck with a "lift gate" is used to deliver your order. The driver will remove your crates from the truck and place them at the back of the truck. The driver is not obligated to move the crates beyond the back of the truck. If they do, then this is a courtesy and they may ask for your help to move the crate. Some drivers carry pallet jacks but we don't guarantee this. If you don't hire someone to help you move your crates, then consider renting a pallet jack at your local rental center for this.
